Refunds only for faulty or damaged items

Every handset is produced on request, so we do not accept returns or refunds without a reason and we do not offer a change-of-mind or extended warranty program. In the rare case that your handset arrives damaged or does not work, we make it right.

How to report an issue

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem. Our team replies with the next steps.

Replacement or refund

Once we confirm the fault, you choose a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, issued within 5–10 business days. You never pay return shipping for a faulty item.

Not covered

Damage caused by misuse, cut or pulled cords, and opened Mystery Box add-ons are not covered.
